Here is the currently planned build. I chose Asus Sabertooth motherboard to this build due its looks and since the planned CPU cooler, Bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 seems kinda heavy, I was afraid that it would start bending the mobo in the future, resulting in broken parts.

Screenshot of planned parts, and price in Finnish store at the bottom. Sadly some words are in Finnish, but I think people should be able to understand main things anyhow.
Screenshot

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: In 2-3 weeks.

Budget Range: The top limit is 2000 euros.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, mostly MMO's, some modern fps games. Little video editing and photoshop.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Got only laptop at this moment, so no re-used parts available.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, win8 preferred.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I prefer finnish sites, because it is easy and fast to buy from local stores. But if its possible to get the package for cheaper price and shipped from some other store around europe, I can live with that.

Location: Southern finland,

Parts Preferences: Intel cpu, geforce 7xx gpu.
Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I am aiming for quiet build. Windowed case would be nice, because I was planning to build really simple and matching interior, with some blue leds added in the future.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Right now, I am using Macbook Pro, with external display. But as everyone says, this setup is far from optimal for gaming.

You've gotten quite a few responses, It's up to you really to choose what you want. Just remember that most people who reccomend advise just give you the best of the best when you don't even need it. They also don't consider performance per dollar. They just ignore money.

I purchased two 7870's about 18 months ago for ~$500 total and they run perfectly so far. No issues with drivers or crossfire whatsoever. The $500 I spent over a year ago is near equal in performance to a single $500 GPU today. If i had bought a 7970 or 670 back in the day ($400) i would be at nearly half the performance of a high end single gpu today.

tl;dr? Buy a 770/280X. Then buy another one soon (Prices will drop ~$50-100 in a mere couple of months). 700-850W...

Its a white case :) Blue + White = Awesome. Anyways, the rest 300euros are for your PC modding. (Lights, etc etc maybe water cooling? Perhaps?)

Hope I helped.

Put the i5-4670k instead
Dont put a custom CPU cooler yet, first build it then decide what you want
Don't get a 780ti, get a 780 instead... OR get one 2x770 or 2x280x
Get 16GB of RAM instead of 8GB (For 1000+ euro setup its dumb to have 8GB)
Also for Harddrive, dont get 1TB WD black, get a 2TB drive. No need to make it black.
Also for SSD, get a 120/128GB samsung evo series. best SSD on market.

To the OP: Just because you have 2k euros doesn't mean you should spend it... so i've taken out some stuff!

Well, 16gb Ram is too much for only gaming though. Also, I agree with the samsung evo and about the video card, Why get 780 when you can get 780 Ti which is faster than titan but less than 200euros?

Because It's a scam really. You pay $200 more for the 780ti. what's the point? Take the performance/dollar and you'll see.

Buying Low end cards is a waste of money
and
Buying High end cards is also a waste of money

The best spot is the middle cards such as 770 and 280X. If the R9 290 was $400 then it would be best card hands down.

Nope, stick with the 780 Ti way better then any GPU right now. I'd suggest getting Tenvis build, swap the SSD with samsung EVO and also get a 750-850 watt for future SLI and overclocking if you want. With the 4770k + 780 Ti you won't be upgrading any of those for 3-6 years.

Edit: The only reason I bought a second card is because i use a 120hz monitor. Cards scale really good these days.
