Decided to keep my CPU, what can be a really good motherboard and CPU cooler for >$200?

I have an Intel-i7 from my semi build. I plan on salvaging it to a new Complete build. I want to build a new PC. I have a Radeon 7970 3 GB OC, 8 GB of RAM, a 1.5 TB HDD, 1000w PSU, 1 Optical Drive 16x, Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers, Headphones, Monitor. I really need to know, what is a good MOBO for Gaming that will go with an i-7 2600k?
