I bought a Nvidia GeForce 8400 recently.
and i run Windows 7. it is a 32-bit one.
my CPU is core 2 duo.
And when ever i run a game,my computer reboots. when the computer is idle or when im browsing this doesnt occur!
Is my graphic card faulty? or is it my computer? :(
it is a HP pavilion(desktop)
Thanks in advance! :)

What is your power supply? How long does it take to restart? What are your temperatures on the card like? How is your ventilation?

240V
It restarts within seconds.
the CPU isnt much ventilated! but i removed the cabinet yesterday , dusted off the processor and other things. Then ran the games I could play for like an hour after which it restarts again. :(

Sounds like a heat issue, blow a large fan into the case with the cover off.
