High CPU and Memory usage.

When I first turn on my computer everything runs smooth and fast, as the day goes on my Memory usage keeps rising until it reaches 97% and sits there. After that it just runs very choppy and goes back to normal after I restart it. I need to restart my computer a few times throughout the day and its pretty annoying.

My computer is like a little over half a year old and the hardware I would consider somewhat high end/quality.
