Do I need a CPU cooler for this build?

You don't need another Cooler as long as you won't Overclock, and it's a locked CPU so you won't be able to overclock... But the stock cooler should be fine ;)

Though if you would like to lower the noise another cooler could be an idea maybe the noctua nh-d14.

What cpu cooler would you recommend? I am pretty close to my budget, so nothing too expensive xD

If your CPU is a "K" version, yes you need a cooler. but. for non "K" version you can incrase a little your clock. you only spend money. save that money to a gold power supply to save some money "on your powerbill". is that i think.

I have been told that the difference between bronze and gold is not that much and is only needed if I want to save every little bit of money.
