ok so I have looked around and they are all saying when a mother board is over heating it normally means the mother board is no good
but I think you should check how many volts you are running in to it as this may well be a power supply problem it may be faulty or have you made any changes to your power settings in your bios which would make your temps rise like any over clocking

yer me ether I don't over clock as it shortens the life of every thing .
so I think in this case you may have a faulty power supply . and if not
a bad mother board you mite want to take it to a computer shop
so you can find out witch one is the problem this is all I can think of to help you
sorry I couldn't do more for you

this is eating at me so I used a life line and called a friend and he tells me that as long as it does not go over 60c it should be ok but you mite want to increase your air flow over the mobo do you have a fan that is facing directly at the mobo and check that all your fans are running even the one on your graphics card and just keep an eye on it may be even run it for a copal of ours and see if it starts to rise and this is his advice
