I use to connect my VGA through an adapter to my graphics card but now for some reason it doesn't work (worked last night) the VGA is fine when I plug it in to my motherboard and same with a HDMI works on motherboard but not on the graphics card. And now when I try to game the FPS I use to have through my graphics card plummets when I use the motherboard, and I can't figure out what's wrong or happening

Solution
Typically your on-board graphics is disabled when a discrete graphics card is installed. As your card no longer outputs and your using the on-board I think your graphics card is goosed.

To double check it's not something simple I would remove and re-insert the card. I would also check the device manager to see if it appears with a fault against it.
