Not something I'd put together. Here are some changes I would recommend:
CPU - Swap out for an AMD FX-6350 series processor (currently same price at Newegg)
Memory - Your current memory is not supported by your current motherboard. I'd drop down to 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600/1866 (~$15 savings)
Hard Drive - Unless you're dealing with extremely large files, I'd recommend dropping down to a maximum 2TB HDD (~$96 savings)
Sound Card - Drop it completely and use on-board sound ($75 savings)
Power Supply - Over-kill for current system specs and I'd only select power supplies from Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, or FSP Group. ($7 extra)
Personally, I'd also drop the third party CPU cooler until I new I was going to need it. ($46 savings)
That's over $200 in savings; part of which I'd put into a better graphics card.
