my keyboard (USB / PS2) does not work before boot up and after the initialization of the window it seems to be ok and work properly. I have take some actions which i want to discuss with you , i have changed 3 keyboards to confirm but nothing happens , I have removed the bios battery and replaced it with new one nothing happens, I have downloaded the bios and installed it but nothing happens, I have changed the key board usb cable and mount it on other port but nothing happen please help me to solve the issue my computer is gateway E-4500D

This doesn't seem to be a fixable problem without another keyboard... I would have you enter BIOS and check if "Legacy USB" is enabled or not.

Are you certain you are simply hitting the wrong button to enter BIOS setup? I had a friend with the same assumption and when the BIOS prompted to press "Delete" he was hitting "Backspace." ;)
