The Dell takes it for me. More RAM, bigger screen, newer gen i5 and 250gb more drive space.

Don't bother with Asus as they are fragile (more so than Macs) and parts for them are hard to come by. The Dell has a larger screen but is still cheap plastic but parts are easy and cheap.
