How To OverClock FX-8120 ?

Yes on the normal version of that motherboard (M5A97 R2.0) - NOT M5A97 LE R2.0.

what about the LE version ?

That's what I've been saying - if you want to overclock avoid the LE.

whats so bad about it ? the only difference i see is that the vrms are not heat sinked and runnig cold air on it will be fine right

The VRMs not being heatsinked is a big issue. Blowing cold air on them will help somewhat but won't be as effective as a heatsink would be. In addition, I believe it uses a 4-pin CPU connector instead of the normal 8-pin. And it's only around £10 more. It's up to you anyway, but the mobo isn't something you want to cheap out on (and be left in the same situation you are now with your MSI board).

but will the LE be fine to oc to 4ghz , look at this thread http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1962376/worth-returning-mobo.html#12356291

A 0.9GHz jump is pretty large, I wouldn't personally do it. If you're confident, go for it, I just wouldn't recommend it.

alright ive taken your advice and just returned the mobo take money save and get the non le version, which other mobos are good( do you wonna kill me yet ?)

Kind of! ;)

If you want to get a really good overclock you'd be better off looking at the 990 series of motherboards. From worst to best, here's what I'd recommend (not that the worst is bad by any means!) :

ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GA-970A-UD3
ASUS M5A99(F)X
GA-990FXA-UD(3,5,7)
