Login password in Windows xp

i have administrator account in my pc and it is password protected also but when i start my computer at that time without asking password what should i do?

If yours is the only User Account, there will be no need to show your name or require your password at startup. If another account is created, both will show up and password will be required if one has been set.

Please post back if I totally missed the point.
