Hello,
I have a Toshiba 320GB Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 Portable Hard Drive in Black (HDTB103XK3AA) that worked fine until today.
I used it to store all my data (word files, music, pictures...etc).
When I tried to access it today, it got an error message saying:
"F:\ is not accessible."
"The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"
Does it mean it's a total loss of data, or is there a chance I can recover it?
