USB 3.0 Ports Don't Work

I have around 8 USB 2.0 ports on my case and they all work. But none of the 4 USB 3.0 ports register anything I plug into them. Why?

First like sakkura said, you need to make sure that they're plugged in. If they are, then you should find the drivers for usb 3.0 online and install them. If you still have your mobo drivers installation cd, then USB 3.0 drivers could be there too
