Need Help With Building A Decent Gaming PC for around $600-700.

I was just trying to see if anyone would be willing to help me build a new PC the one I have is not for gaming and yet i try to and I cant play half the games I have bought on steam. I do not know much about these kinds of things and Just wanted help in finding all the parts that would make me be able to play Skyrim, Far Cry 3, Bioshock Infinte and other games like this at about high settings. I have some stuff found for it and i dont know what else i am missing. SO if anyone could help it would be amazing! :D Thank you. Looks like you have most of the hardware covered. So you already have a keyboard, mouse, screen and sound output you intend to use/reuse?

What about a windows license you can install on your new build? Also(if you have a screen), at what resolution are we looking to game?

Edit: oops. looks like you are missing a motherboard. You will definitely be needing one of those.
