My old GPU is a burnt out LF R63B, and the new card I'm buying is a 650 ti. How much better of a card is the 650 ti?
Why, for the love of god, would you buy that card right now? It's generally not recommended to buy a previous generation card, the fact that they are older just simply means: less performance, less compatible with other modern components, less support from manufacturer in both drivers as after sales-service.
Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a modern GPU, it doesn't have to be a Titan or 780TI or 290x but a 270x or 760 or something similar will get you alot further and save you tons of problems.
I wouldn't know what performance increase you'd get from that 650ti over your old card,... But you really shouldn't care and forget about that card...
