Why, for the love of god, would you buy that card right now? It's generally not recommended to buy a previous generation card, the fact that they are older just simply means: less performance, less compatible with other modern components, less support from manufacturer in both drivers as after sales-service.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a modern GPU, it doesn't have to be a Titan or 780TI or 290x but a 270x or 760 or something similar will get you alot further and save you tons of problems.

I wouldn't know what performance increase you'd get from that 650ti over your old card,... But you really shouldn't care and forget about that card...
 
Hello... Your video card# shows a ATI HD 2600 Pro 512 ddr2... You need to verify your card is a PCI-x or AGP plug in connector on it... PCI-x is what all available cards for a replacement, and your MB might not accept it. You will be able to run multi-monitors, 1080P, and have VGA/HDMI/DVI connectors on them... What is your current monitor needs?
