how to build a gaming pc with limited choice in hardware

I wish to assemble a pc, unfortunately wea am
from my choice of hardware is limited. this is the
only place I can get all the necessary hardware:

motherboard combo for a cheap rig to play crysis
3, bf3 and cod: ghost at 1080p medium settings.
i was thinking of intel i3-3220 3.3ghz, radeon
hd7850 2gb vram and gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-B3.
Ur help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

All from that website. With your budget you can't get the HD 7850 so you can get the HD 7750. You should be able to run Battlefield 4 on High/Medium settings with a good frame rate.

I would not get that build. DEFINITELY get an fx6300 and an am3+ motherboard if you want to play bf3 at all. A dual core CPU will struggle with any game coded for more than 4 cores. I had an i3 3220 and even with an hd7870 GPU I couldn't play bf4 past low settings.
