Asus GPU Tweak problems

Hello all. I have a issue using Asus GPU tweak for my Asus R9 280x. As of recently my overclock does not load in with windows and my fan profile is completly worthless, i have it set to raise in increments of 5 and it never increases, i can go in and click apply to the fan profile again which will cause it to kick up to the fan speed of the current temp but then never decrease. Any tips?



Also i have tried MS afterburner before and it simply would not work. Trying to play games or really do anything GPU intensive would cause crashing with or without overclock, and the fan profile on afterburner didnt work where as GPU tweak did up untill now.

I know the how to overclock a graphics card its just when i overclock with MSI afterburner a 1140 crashes the graphics drivers and with GPU Tweak a 1200-1190 only leads to small artifacts and a 1180 is easily stable. The issue is that on GPU tweak my OC wouldent load on windows start and the custom fan profile wouldent work so i would be sitting there with a 1180 OC (from 1070) on 20% fan speed. I could just raise the manual fan up to 45% but i dont want to hear it when im not playing games and i dont want to have the keep going in when i get in or out of games to adjust the fan usage, being that a custom adaptive fan profile system in place.
