Hello,
I've just built a gargantuan PC, and it's my first watercooled build. I leak tested it for a long time yesterday. No leaks. I just plugged everything in, and pressed the power button on the mobo - fans are all spinning, water is circulating, and all the components with LEDS are lighting up - but nothing is on the monitor and my keyboard and mouse aren't lighting up. The optical drive pops out when I press the button, and there is an LED on the front ports section of my 900D. These are the components -

Mobo: P9X79-WS
CPU: 4930k
GPU: 780 Ti x2
Ram: 32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum
SSD: Intel 530 Series 240 GB x2
HDD: WD Red 4TB x2
PSU: Corsair AX1200i
I don't really know what's wrong with it.
I've tried 2 different monitors, but I'm doing this without my personal monitor - BenQ XL2420T - so could it be that? The first monitor I used was only capable of 1600x900 resolution, but the second one is from 2012, so it's not that old. I was planning to use them just to see if the computer posted.
But it's not even doing that, so...could it be something in the case? Thanks in advance.

Solution
Just the CAP file. Rename the unzipped file (the P9X79-E-WS-ASUS-1406.CAP one).
If still not working, test also the 1301 and 1203 versions.

With SLI you need to find "the correct video connector...." I have a pair of GTX 460's in SLI and there were four (4) DVI connectors available, ah and ONLY one (1) had video output to it. So, try all four.

Also, as they are not your normal monitors, be sure the Video input is set to "Digital" for those DVI connections to work

I have an HDMI to DVI cable right now, with the HDMI in the computer and the DVI in the monitor.

Yes, even older. 4306 needed:
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P9X79_WS/#support
This will be a difficult one. OK.
Download the BIOS Converter from that link, under BIOS Utilities. Unzip and rename the file to P9X79WS.ROM
Save it on a FAT formatted USB stick. Connect the USB drive to the back Flashback USB port (check the manual for its location).
Don't start the board. Just make sure that the power supply is connected and on.
Press the Flashback button for 3 seconds. The process would take some minutes.
Post back after that, cause it's not ready.

Edit again, just to make even "more sure". What are the first 2 letters before M in the motherboard S/N (check the board's box)?

Oh, damn. I don't know if this changes much but the board is actually the P9X79-E WS. The serial number is D6S1YZ003195. But the sticker at the edge of the board still has 1006 as the last four digits. I've FAT formatted the USB drive, but where is the Bios utilities tab?

Well, I tried 1301 with a FAT32 formatted drive (a different one from before) and what it does is after I press the button down for a few seconds, it starts flashing, then stops and goes back to a constant light.

@alexoiu Hey, good news. I don't know what went wrong on my part, but I got the BIOS file from another thread from someone with a similar issue, and right now I've set up my RAID arrays and am installing Windows. Thank you, you were really a great help, I would never have gotten to the core of the problem without you. Thanks again!
