Toshiba password problems

Hi guys I turned on my computer and It came up with a black screen and a blue box in the middle of the screen saying enter password
I enter it and it said verify error I try 3 times and the copuyer shuts down

that is a BIOS password. If you did not enter one find out who did and have them remove it. The only other thing is to call Toshiba and be prepared to verify ownership. We cannot help on this forum cause we cannot verify ownership.
