Trying To Lower the Price of My First Time Build

Hey so i am planning on building a computer for the first time. I have a parts list which i have gathered from a few videos around YouTube and read some reviews. But I live in Australia so the parts all seem to be a bit more costly. Also seems it is my first build i was hoping to get everything including the monitor for under or around $500 - $600.
So here's my parts list:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750k - $100

Motherboard: MSI FM2 a75ma e35 - $80

GPU: XFX Radeon 7770 Ghz Edition Graphics Card - $120

HDD: WD 1tb Blue - $70

PSU: CORSAIR CX 430 - $75

MEMORY: 4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM - $70

CASE: NZXT Gamma - $50

TOTAL: $467

So with the case i am still not really too sure on what to get id like one that looks pretty cool but still not too expensive at least under $100 would be great. Also the prices are just approximations from online stores based in Australia.

Now i need a monitor as well, if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. Also any cheaper, but still just as good quality, alternatives to any products in my parts list would be a massive help.

Oh and one more thing would all these parts be compatible?

Cheers

Look at the NZXT Gamma, that is a very high quality case is around 40 USD and I'm not sure of the conversion rate , you also could look cheaper for the DVD drive or skip it all together. Windows 8 and 7, along with almost all Linux distributions can be installed via USB. And you put 7750 GHz edition but did you mean 7770 GHz edition?

Thanks rishiswaz. Ill have a look at the case. Also if i do skip the DVD drive altogether i would just have to download my games and therfore would this limit the variety of games which i could play? Sorry for the probably dumb sounding questions I am more of a PS3 gamer. And yeh i meant 7770 GHz thanks.

Well to start, skipping the DVD drive won't limit your game play at all, most games are available through online distribution platforms (ie:Steam and Origin). And try the Athlon 740 if you are not planning on oveclocking, if you are the 750 is the most cost effective however. APUs will run warmer and are not worth the money unless you are using the integrated graphics. Besides that all the parts are compatible. I can whip together a build for you though just to compare

I would also go with this over trinity. Stronger performance (as it is a cpu, not an (a)pu) and a better gpu to boot.
