Can i watch 3D movie from USB 3.0 FLASH DRIVE on my smart TV,
Which reading speed is good enough, for example kingston datatraveler hyperx ( 225MB/s read)?

Technically, yes. If the read is 225Mb/s (Not mb/s, although that would be enough too) the bandwidth should be enough for watching video even at 1080p in 3D, as long as there are no unreasonable bitrates in you video footage. But, will it work? Depends on your TV. Have a try!
