Hell there, please help me 'awesome tech people'!

I've bee hearing a seeing a lot of things about the motherboard i'm about to order so but i need to 100% sure before i odrer my parts.

Is my asrock 970 extreme3 compatible with my CPU, the AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor, and my RAM, the Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600?

Here's their website: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3/?cat=Memory

My memory is not on there, will that be a problem? Because i've seen others say on tomshardware that their RAM was not on the list yet it worked fine.

Plus on PCpartpicker I made a list of my parts (although the montior, GPU and case is different) but read what it says at the bottom, http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2oZov
it says "Potential Issues/Incompatibilities - Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs."

Please help me! THANK YOU

i looked at both boards. if you look at my link it tells you the upgrades to the back IO.... other than that I think it's just upgraded board. if you're not sure about the BIOS have someone look for you. there are self installers you. do it from the desktop now or from withing the BIOS itself.
contact the amazon uk seller of the motherboard. there pre sales support should be able to ship you a motherboard with a newer bios on it already. look on asrock cpu guild see what bios rev needs to be on the mb for it to post then email asrock ask what week or serial number that bios was placed. then make sure your mb fall within that serial number range. with ram most vendors do a slight small sample of testing ram. the ram you have will boot fine as 1333 ram. you may have to set the setting in the bios to run at it 1600 speed but you will post fine at 1333.
