Good day, my UPS specs says this:

Output Power Capacity 300 Watts / 500 VA
Max Configurable Power 300 Watts / 0 VA

What does output Power capacity, max configurable power mean?

my ups has 3 slots, one for monitor, one for the unit, and one for the speaker.

as Ive calculated, all of them uses 400 watts, is it dangerous for my UPS, my power supply is Gigabyte Greenmax 550W, and planning to upgrade my PC, and can consume up to 500 watts. will this be dangerous to my UPS

Solution
Output Power Capacity is the amount of Watts or VA that the UPS can supply at a steady state indefinitely. The unit can put out more power at time of need, i.e. supply more energy to start a computer, but then return to steady state.

Max Configurable Power is the maximum amount of power the unit can supply for a short period of time, i.e. the amount of power the unit can supply to start a computer.
