i7 4770K running at 100% constantly?

I've recently bought an Intel 4770K and Corsair H100i cooler. I run a stress test and even when the test is done it still runs at 100% at around 80 degrees. Is this right? I've gotten the WHEA_UNCONTROLLABLE-ERROR a couple of time. I disabled Intel C-state. What's happening?

  1. Have you overclocked it? It sounds like you haven't actually stopped the test. It sounds like you have a bad overclock and that somehow stops the test from stopping. The WHEA_UNCONTROLLABLE-ERROR is usually caused by overclocking until it's unstable and crashes.
