I recently purchased components for a gaming/music production PC. I got all the components up and running and now I have been steadily using it for about 3 or 4 days. However, I got a problem where my RAM usage was at 100% on idle. I went into my BIOS and disabled XMP. That solved the problem for a while, but now my RAM usage is on 65%-70% at idle. This isn't right as the only major processes are Steam, Origin and Skype, and these three programs certainly shouldn't be using 6 or 7 GB of my 8GB of RAM. Is this some sort of glitch with Windows 8.1 64 Bit, or is this faulty memory?
