-Upgraded to the newer Hyper 212 EVO for an extra $2.
-Better quality motherboard and also cheaper. The Asus M5A97 R2.0 is considered on of the best 970 chipset motherboards due to the great VRM heatsinks.
-Cheaper RAM, same performance.
-Dropped the un-necessary case fans.
-Better quality case.
-Bigger and better psu.
-Stronger gpu for an extra ~$10.

All looks great. I'd go with an Nvidia GPU but its your call. Only thing you will need to do is check that the motherboard fully supports the CPU out of the box, as some AM3+ motherboards do not support the FX6300 straight away but require a BIOS update. I recently ordered a motherboard almost identical (GA-970A-UD3P) and it was fully supported so you should be good. Hope this helps :D.
