So I installed a usb 3 hub recently and cannot get it to work properly. It plugs into a PCIE slot (x1) and I believe I have the proper driver because it works fine for a bit. After starting windows, I plugged in a flash drive and it was recognized and let me access the files. Then after a short bit of time, I got the "device cannot start" error in device manager (error 10) and the flash drive would no longer show up. (note: this is a somewhat fresh windows install < 1 week)
I've tried reinstalling the driver more than once, if you have any ideas, please let me know!
