You should be fine. GPU looks good but CPU might not be ideal. Your best bet is to just try it and see what happens. Worst case scenario is you aren't happy with the FPS. You will probably be on the shorter end of that. (40-50 FPS)

Depends on your monitor resolution. If it's 1080P, you're good. Anything above that, you will struggle a bit with a single GTX 760.
