I just recently built myself a rig for an amzing price. Check it out here as you'll need to to answer the following question(s).

http://pcpartpicker.com/b/JV5

So i looked up a couple of benchmarks for the game and i got that the 660 at ultra puts out on average a little over 63 FPS. Now as i was on a budget that's what i got because i don't mind getting a little under 60 sometimes. But lately when there are 100+ units (depending on the unit, sometimes its 60+ units), my FPS drops drastically to around 37-41. Now i must have some really good eyes because the difference between the two rates really ticks me off. Like i can tell if there's even the slightest lag and it bothers me. So what can anyone suggest any solutions.
Now i'm playing on a small TV not a computer monitor so the resolution is off. I just thought of this but is it possible that, that is the problem. I play it on ultra (set for 1920x1080) and my res is 1360x768. IF that's not it can someone please help me fix this. Thanks.

If you need the specs they're in the link above.

Turn your resolution down to the native one. Just because your TV accepts the 1080 signal doesn't mean it's worth using. You're far better off running native resolution (1360x768) and getting better performance instead of getting a downsampled image with a large performance hit.

There's nothing that says you have to pair high settings with a high resolution, but I know what you meant. Maybe try checking your temperatures to see if your processor or graphics card are overheating and throttling down performance. Also, have you updated your graphics drivers recently? That or maybe a recent game update might have messed with performance. You can try reverting to an older driver after ruling out temps as the culprit.
