Windows 8 product key problem

Hi there, I just installed a new motherboard, processor and power supply. I have a hard drive with windows 8 on it. Connected everything and it all went smoothly. However there is one very annoying problem with Windows 8. it keeps telling me to purchase a product key, I exit out of that crap with the windows key and click on desktop from the menu. This thing (http://gyazo.com/05412e59f4cde3e321605a88b84a8c96) still wont go away unless I go into full screen mode in a game or a YouTube video. I can't get rid of it at all unless I restart windows explorer. My copy of Windows 8 is completely legit and paid for.

have you tried swapping programs like it wants you to. Maybe it just stays to ensure you at least try it once.

As for the product key, if activation is not working, just give MS a call(activate by phone should give you a number to call them) and they will fix you right up.

Then you need to contact Microsoft and get that activation issue resolved.
