500 or a 550 will get you by with alot of cards except the very top end cards which you might be pushing it. You also will have a problem if you end up going crossfire so consider that.

A 630? You could probably do with a 350 - 400w since the card doesn't need a external power source to plug in. However you would be cutting your own throat if you decide to get a bigger card and then have to get another PSU. If you're thinking of gaming I would strongly suggest you stay away from low end cards like this. If it's a matter of money then I would suggest you hold out till you have enough money to buy a descent video card and PSU to play on a descent gaming system. Too many times do people go the cheap route and end up paying for it later due to the fact that they went cheap on some parts just to game.

500 would be a safer bet if you decide that you need a bigger card. But I mean if you can't answer this on your own then well I don't know what to tell yea. You know the answer to this.
