Solution
Burn memtest onto a disk and boot off of it and let it run over night, if it finds any errors at all RMA your memory because it means you have a bad stick or two. Always let it run for a few passes it doesn't always pick stuff up on the first pass.

In my current system I tried Xp, Win7, Win8 but in all this I got same result.

In my old system I have a intel board with 125 MB graphics card and 1 GB of RAM installed. There I can play Age Of Empire 3, Rise of Nation with no problem.

But In my current system this game starts ok and I can play some times long but suddenly a green/other colored screen appeared with some grrrrrr... sound and my pc just hang. My current pc screen resolution is 1600*900.

sounds like either faulty hardware or something isn't installed right i would try 1 stick of ram and play with inboard vga , but make sure you installed the hardware correctly ,check everything

is your bios set @ default settings ?
