I have a very serious Problem for almost a Year now still can't find a clear solution
let's start with my Humble specs As followed
CPU - Corei7 2600K oc to 4.2 Ghz
GPU - GeForce GTX 690
MOBO-Gigabyte Z68-UD3
16G Gskill Ram
24 inch HD led 1920x1080 Res
Cooler Master 212 Cpu Fan
The problem is Mainly About my GPU Usage i noticed over the past year playing multiple online Games From Dota 2 , Arma 3 , BF3 , BF4 That i never get the best out of my GPU usage Specially with BF3 and BF4 i Keep getting like 45% 50 % 60% 70% sometimes very rare 93% not stable and my Average is about like 70 FPs or so , Today i tried running my GPU on my Friend MotherBoard the Asus Maximus and a core i7 3770 I was getting Almost 99% 95% GPU usage And my frames never go below 80 ive tried many solution so far im sure that there's no BottleNeck or something so any Ideas ? my Friend suggested i Just install a Fresh Copy of Windows Running already win 7 64 Bit's
Please Help me ASAP :S im So Annoyed
