Is this a Good PC build (Graphic designer)

This is my Current Build:
CPU:Intel Core i5-4670
Video Card: ASUS R9270
Motherboard: MSI H87-G43 LGA 1150 Intel H87AndLGA 1150 Intel
Case: Cooler Master HAF 922
Power supply:Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750W ATX
RAM: 8gb, I dont know the specifics, however I will upgrade to 32 GB once I get the cash for it.I am on a budget when buying these (I havent got them yet) so if my money could be better spent, I game and Im a graphic designer.

I would possibly consider going with an Amd build. The fx8320/fx8350 would give great performance for graphics design programs while still offering good performance for gaming. You'd save quite a bit of money that would help you purchase more Ram sooner, or upgrade another part on your system for gaming like the video card.

Do you have a rough budget for these parts you want to buy?

My budget is like 650 ish which im just about breaking. Also i've had bad luck with AMD so far.. I dont game that much, just games like Skyrim and Minecraft which are more CPU heavy (At least minecraft is) So if I were to downgrade a graphics card would it affect my rendering speed and things like that?
