I had an hp envy h8-1414 and upgraded the power supply (750w) and GPU to gtx260, which was a left over card I had. ALL WAS WELL! Until I realized that card wasn't able to meet my needs, so I move the motherboard/processor (m3970am/ FX6120) into a new case with same ram (original), power supply (750w) and upgraded the gpu to gtx650. I forgot to plug in the power to the gpu and the motherboard yelled at me, so I realized what I did and plug it in (after turning the computer off). Now everything turns on except the gpu, any ideas?
PC turns on after move, but no power to gpu.. possibly my mistake

Reseat the GPU and try again. If not, then try resetting the BIOS - unplug the PC and remove the CMOS battery for about a minute, then pop it back in and try again.

Also, do you have your old 260 lying around? Could use that to see if it's the motherboard or GPU too after you reset the BIOS.
