What cpu and motherboard work well with a 650gtx?

I'm looking to upgrade my cpu and motherboard so I need to know which cpu and motherboard work complimentary with a 650gtx. The power supply that I will be using is a Antec 450 watt model sp-450. I need the cheapest cpu and gpu that will minimally restrict my gpu.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated in advance.

ASRock H61-M & ntel® Core™ i3-3220
(3M Cache, 3.30 GHz) would suffice, since you are not changing your power supply i guess. h61 motherboards are usually the cheapest, make sure it has b3 revision (fixes intel's sata 3 gb/s port degradation bug).
