I am buying an
amd 3.5 ghz AM3+ Fx8320 8 core pile driver,
Asus M5A97 Motherboard
corsair vengeance 4gb ddr 3 ram 1600 Mhz

pls help on which cabinate supports my choice pls

Just check if the cabinet is suitable for fitting Standard ATX Mobos (The one you have is ATX).
NZXT Source 210, as mentioned by ewok93 is a nice one.
