Good AM3+ Motherboard for under US$120?

I will be building a computer, and heard some bad reviews on the motherboard I was thinking about getting. So, are there any good ones that are under $120? If it helps, here's my whole build that I plan on putting together, please make sure that the motherboard is not an AMD 970 chipset :)

That's actually worse than the Asus one in your build. I highly would not recommend that board as it is prone to vrm failures and has problems accepting the 8320/8350 cpu's

And I thought you didn't want a 970 chipset ?, the highest you can go is 990fx which would be the gigabyte I recommended
