Have bought a card and i'm trying to build a PC around it.
I have a 1GB 7730 DDR5 card and looking for a CPU that matches my GPU, preferably Intel.

I use my PC mainly for:
Playing games at MID settings, or at settings that my card can manage.
CAD, PS, watching HD videos,
Browsing the net and social media

I use programs that are not that graphically intensive.
I'm a fan of MMOs esp MMORPGs. Might want to have a low power CPU because playing MMORPGs will cause me to play AFK sometimes.

P.S.
I only need the CPU ATM, but i will appreciate greatly if you guys recommend more parts for my rig; MOBO, RAM, PSU, maybe the right size of monitor for the card? ATX or uATX?

That is a pretty low end CPU. I would get an Intel Pentium...

I'm thinking i3-3210 or i3-3220T? But these processors does not support PCIe 3.0 which is my Graphics card's PCIe revision.

Will the extra bandwidth of PCIe 3.0 matter for my 7730 card? Or do I make do with the 2.0? Given that I don't play in ultra high res.

That is a pretty low end CPU. I would get an Intel Pentium G3220 in a build like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($45.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($36.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.91 @ OutletPC)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $220.86
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I can add a case and OS if you want too, but that is a great start. A 1080p monitor is the general standard these days.
