Hi, I have a Toshiba laptop that is in great condition. It came with a pre-installed Win 8 OS and EFI. The boot was VERY fast, it only took 10 seconds to boot. But I didn't like the OS.
I replaced EFI with AHCI and installed an original version of Win7. Now the laptop takes long time to boot up. It takes 2 minutes to load!
What is the problem? Could it be the Hard Drive? I tested it and it has no errors. Drivers are installed correctly and Windows is clean.

AMD HD7870M
8GB RAM
