so i looked everywhere and i couldnt find anyone who had put 2 zotac amp! edition 760's in sli...and im not sure if the amp editions draw more power or not than the normal ones

The cards im getting are: ZOTAC AMP! ZT-70402-10P GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

the psu i have is Thermaltake Black Widow W0319RU 850W ATX 12V v2.3, EPS 12V v2.91 CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE

The side panel of the psu:

ATX 12V v2.3, EPS 12V v2.91
Modular
80 PLUS BRONZE Certified
100 - 240 V 50/60 Hz
+3.3V@25A, +5V@25A, +12V@69A, -12V@0.6A, +5VSB@3.0A

so will this work? does the amp! version need more power? if so how much more?

yes its more than enough to 2 gtx 760's. They only require 170w each for what i read.

I'm pretty sure my 850w corsair psu can run with 2 of my gtx 770 and they require 250w, so im pretty sure that you'll be fine to say atleast ;)

They can draw more than the rated 170W if they run faster than reference speeds (or overclocked). But not a lot more though. And they can only eat so much power at full load.

your 12v rail is perfect. thats why im saying its more than enough. 69 amps in the 12v rail is really good.

well zotac's website says 600w recommended for the reference and the amp so i guess they draw the same amount :D
