how far can I push it?

I have an i5 4570 and was wondering as it's not a K how much would I be able to push it, it has the basic intel cooler and and the cooler master sickle flow 120.
also I have an msi gtx 760 TF edition.

With regard to OC'ing your msi gtx 760 TF, you might find this article interesting:

You should make sure your case is well ventilated and have an appropriately powered psu. This said here's the settings from the article:

"We found a very sweet tweak that will bring your boost frequency towards 1250~1306 MHz stable, it will fluctuate depending on power draw / limits. Feel free to try our settings yourself. We applied:

Power Target 145%
Priority set to temperature
GPU clock +125 MHz
Memory clock +375 MHz
Voltage +12 mV
Fan control RPM @ 65% "

With these tweaks they were able to achieve the following:

OC Base Clock: 1145 MHz
OC Boost Clock: ~1280MHz
OC Memory Clock: 6750 MHz

thanks this is really helpful but I can't change the voltage on msi afterburner so I don't know if it would be safe to go that high
