Upgraded Motherborad but cpu runs on high temperatures

Hey guys.I had gigbyte ga-770-ud3 2 gb of ddr2 ram 500w chieftec psu and 460 gtx and phenom 965. I've upgraded my MB to AsRock 970 pro3 4 gb ram ddr3 @1600. PSU, GPU and CPU stayed same. On gigbyte MB my CPU had normal temperatures 30-35c idile up to 45c in games. With new AsRock i have like 45c in idile. Im not eaven trying to play games. Please some help? Shuld i get some new parts?

Both readings from BIOS or third party software that can have 5° error both way's? I have 955BE that goes mid 50's when gaming and idles around 40

But i have a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO on my 965. He idile shuld be at 30c... Also CPU cooler is working 3000 rpm.

Same cooler as I have on my 955 and just in line with my ambient which is 25°C and normal idle temp is 10-15°C over ambient I have bigger coolers in other rigs and they mange to keep the differential closer to 10°.
