Firstly I assume it's 64-bit?

I would reccomend only installing the main drivers that you need and not any of the Toshiba tools (like the PC Health Monitor).

Really the most important are:

- Chipset
- Display Driver
- Wireless Driver
- LAN Driver
- Sound Driver
- USB Driver
- Touchpad Driver

In this state, if anything on the laptop doesn't work. Assume it's because the driver isn't installed. Just look for the appropriate driver on that page and install it, then it will fix any hardware that is not working.
