dayz stand alone screen tearing (plz help)

so i bought dayz stand alone and install it but when i spawn i get so much texture pop in and screen tearing it makes the game unplayable
anyone who why this happends

It's still an alpha bud... You should post this inquiry on the DayZ forums, not here.

Do you have Vsync enabled? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_tearing

If off basically the card is sending information faster than the monitor can handle Vsync on is to fix that issue.
