First off, this is my first time posting on the forums and hopefully this is the right section for this question/problem.
Recently I have downloaded a few programs: MotioninJoy and the Coolrom downloader. Both of these programs when opened display the header for the program and nothing but black where the rest of the program should be. All of the buttons and everything on the interface works however the only way to find out where they are is to hover over them with my mouse( I can use the program by having a screenshot of it on one monitor and using it as a reference on where the buttons/tools/options are). Also, skype ( for about 8 months now) is acting similarly.

If possible I would like skype to display properly over all else.

Malware bytes and avg found nothing on my computer after full scans
I torrent frequently
I have used bleach bit to clean a lot of things however I had this problem before ever using the program
I can do a clean install of Windows 7 if need be
Amd FX 4100 cpu, cheap 35$ mobo, Nvidia 550ti gpu, 8 year old HDD, after market air cooling, 420 watt psu, some cool peripherals, 2 monitors. 1 stick of 8GB DDR3 Viper 3 ram #regret
