http://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/990fx%20extreme3/ it says that supports 8 core processors (125w processors and the FX8300 piliedriver, also it says that i support some 140W TDP processors) and i would go for asrock instead of biostar, i dont know... personally Asrock have served me very well for long enough to recomend their products over most other companies.

You 8350 is just an overclocked 8300, while it runs about it's 125w TDP, everything is fine.

STILL, the biostar mobo looks solid. What's your color preference or brand preference then?

well thats the thing it only got the 8300 listed in there, i know they are technicaly the same cpu only overclocked but thats just it im not sure if it wont start to throttle my cpu had similar isues with a gigabyte board and my fx8120(it had only 8100 listed as supported but did support 125w cpu's) throttled my fx8120 even @ stock had a lot of headaches with those issues

It never happened to me, i had the Asrock 970 Extreme3 which looks a lot like that and it ran a Phenom II x6 1090t overclocked to 4.0ghz with no problems.

Still, you can get the Biostar Mobo as I said it looks solid and it even support your processor officially. What about other brands? Asus? Gigabyte? MSI?
