Check disk problem

The Bootexe command keeps changing to check disk upon startup even though I set it to k:C *. How do I stop the checkdisk from running on startup?
each time it checks the disk, it comes up with 4K Bad sectors.

4k bad sectors..very bad condition..check disk is running every time due to that..in windows go to my computer go to the properties of your primary partition's properties go to tools tab go to Error-checking and check now there you check both options the second option will check for bad sectors and will make entry in windows to not use that sector which will prevent u from BSOD's and many problems this will take time but u have to do that for single time and also have to do same on other partitions i will suggest you to backup your data immediately and buy new hd.
