I'm getting 404 error for both of your links, but can say that the 660 is the better of the 2 cards, and Gigabyte makes decent cards as well, that is the one I would go for

Yes, but his case is a little cramped. Quite a lot of 660s have back of the card overhanging coolers.

Ditto on the 404 links.

Very true, and the Gigabyte coolers tend to be some of the larger around as well. If it is a case of fitting/size as opposed to performance then the smaller 650ti would be the pick.
